I do this work in two primary areas. Established and emerging leaders can contract with me for work in either or both for individual and/or group coaching.

I coach leaders on public speaking and presentations.

Together, we navigate past the barriers that are preventing you from truly shining, ranging from the very common fear of public speaking to assumptions about how you “should” look and sound as a speaker. With over two decades and more than 3,000 speaking opportunities as a public speaker and trained vocalist, I know how empowering it feels to use your voice to make an impact on audiences.

I help leaders learn to show up authentically in their leadership contexts.

Leaders are often held back from their full potential by internal assumptions about the “right” way to be a leader. There are also organizational and cultural assumptions that must be navigated. When you show up as your most authentic self, your authenticity is an immense benefit to you as the leader and to the organization. I have served in first- and second-chair leadership roles for over 20 years. I love to help leaders live into their full potential.
